This role will help institutionalize knowledge, build strong processes and lead our team through the next phase of expansion. Position Summary: The Director of Operations / Business Continuity Manager oversees day‑to‑day functions while designing systems that allow the business to operate smoothly even when key personnel are unavailable. You will coordinate across departments, standardize procedures, document critical information and lead cross‑training and succession initiatives. The role reports directly to the owner/CEO and requires both hands‑on operational management and strategic planning.
