Job Location Lifsey Building - Career Solutions Job Summary: This position will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare training programs aligned with Goodwill’s mission to empower individuals through workforce development. Collaborate with community partners, manage program staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and grant requirements. The Healthcare Program Manager will promote a positive work environment that celebrates our vision, mission and core values in every action and interaction with team members, donors, customers, management and persons served.
