Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives at EMEA level. This role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities: - Diary Management: Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring optimal time management for executives. - Email Screening: Act as a gatekeeper for executive inboxes, prioritising correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up. - Travel Planning & Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport; prepare detailed travel itineraries. - Expense Management: Track, prepare, and submit expense reports in line with company policies; liaise with finance teams as required. - Event Organisation: Support the planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, leadership events, and EMEA-wide workshops, both virt...
