Clinical Practice Pharmacist – TDC Internal Medicine - ( 2602317 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree. - Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program or 3 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Doctor of Pharmacy degree - Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 2 residency program for specialty areas or job. Required: Preferred: - Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire. - Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
