Position Summary: The Facilities Engineer provides expertise to the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems and infrastructure. This role performs hands-on work to ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including: - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems - Building automation and monitoring systems - Life safety systems (fire alarm, fire suppression) - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair facility equipment and infrastructure issues. - Support facility upgrades, renovations, and engineering projects, including installation and testing of new equipment. - Conduct facility inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and safety issues. - Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedure...
