JOB SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across T.EN Americas, ensuring the seamless management of general ledger processes. Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Consolidations for the Americas, this role collaborates closely with Financial Controllers, Financial Reporting Manager, and Corporate Corporate Consolidations. Office in Paris, with potential light travel. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Preferred: - Manage the month-end general ledger process. - Ensure timely close of the general ledger on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure the accuracy and approval of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. - Prepare analysis of balance sheet and income statement fluctuations. - Interact with external and internal auditors on various audit requirements of the group. - Lead and develop a high-performing team of two local and four remote staff. - Support business line controllers and their teams with financial reporting and process improvements. - Continuously enhance period-end closing procedures by identifying and implementing process improvements, cost-saving measures, and automation opportunities to...
