Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join Arizona Neonatology and our growing team in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area . Why Join Us?: - Comprehensive Coverage : Provide care at two Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services, and four Level II Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area. - Statewide Services : Arizona Neonatology also provides services at two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries throughout Arizona. - Flexible Shifts : Enjoy a combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts that can be varied to suit your needs and the unit/team. - Collaborative Care : Share delivery attendance responsibilities with Neonatologists and work collaboratively to provide coverage to the delivery service and care for all infants in the NICU. - No Transport Duties : Focus on in-house care without the need for transport duties. - Evening Shifts : Work the evening shift alongside a Neonatologist in the Level III-IV NICUs. - 24/7 Coverage : Level II units are covered 24/7 with in-house NNPs, with Neonatologist rounds daily and i...
