Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto for the Fall 2026 term . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Employee Benefits Actuarial Co-Op in the MMB practice, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment, participating as an integral member of project teams to design benefits programs that support clients’ success. We Will Count On You To: Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries and have a direct impact on their employees. Work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with any number of our 80+ Health colleagues in Toronto. Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication.
