Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. We are looking for a Mechanical Welding Technician to join our team responsible for the production of propulsion systems designed for demanding environments. This operational role, based in Mérignac, will directly contribute to the quality and performance of delivered products. This position is based in Le Haillan within an innovative and rapidly growing industrial environment. Main Responsibilities: Engine Assembly: Perform assembly and instrumentation of engines intended for testing or delivery. Install engines on test benches for development, qualification, or validation phases. Actively contribute to the drafting and improvement of assembly procedures. TIG/MIG Welding: Manufacture specific parts for test benches using TIG/MIG welding, in accordance with drawings and technical requirements.
