Job Description The Resource Coordinator CT reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities: - Assists with the selection of new team members. Conducts orientation and training of new and existing staff. - Assists the director in establishing and evaluating performance expectations for staff. - Monitors the orientation of staff and identifies further instructional needs. - Schedules staff for adequate coverage to meet the needs of the department; maintains attendance records. - Prioritizes, assigns and reviews work; provides feedback to director regarding staff performance. Serves as a resource to staff. Ensures staffing levels which meet department guidelines; ensures optimal department coverage and minimal overtime. - Monitors utilization of supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency and cost containment; orders and maintains supplies used in the department. - Coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs; assists with recommendations regarding the acquisition of new...
