Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Palliative Care experience for an Inpatient position at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus to meet the growing demands for Palliative Care services. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have past Palliative experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
