Senior Real Estate Subject Matter Expert (SME) **Future Opportunity** CSEngineering is seeking a Senior Real Estate Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced technical expertise in federal real property leasing, acquisition, and policy analysis. This role serves as a senior advisor supporting complex lease acquisition initiatives, regulatory compliance, financial feasibility assessments, and portfolio optimization strategies within a federal environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide senior-level subject matter expertise across federal leasing, acquisition, disposition, reuse, easements, licenses, permits, and public-private partnership initiatives. Lead development of Project Management Plans (PMPs), process maps, and workflow documentation. Conduct research, benchmarking, and independent cost analyses to support acquisition planning and due diligence. Perform Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11 lease scoring reviews, including Net Present Value (NPV) analysis. Develop independent cost estimates (ICE) and evaluate lease proposals against federal regulatory requirements.
