Job Description Summary The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for owning and improving manufacturing processes to deliver safe, stable, capable, and efficient production. This role provides technical leadership for process performance across an assigned value stream or product portfolio, with accountability for process definition, standardization, control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. This position will have an initial focus on implementing and sustaining Built in Quality (BIQ) within the manufacturing process. The Lead Process Engineer will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and related engineering functions to embed quality at the point of manufacture through robust process controls, standard work, reaction plans, error-proofing, and disciplined problem solving. Over time, the role will maintain broad ownership for process capability, throughput, yield, cost, and operational stability.
