Expanded Learning Assistant - Aftercare High Tech Elementary North County - San Marcos Reports To: Aftercare Coordinator/ Director FLSA Classification: Hourly Classified Full Time/Part Time Status : Part-Time, non-exempt Regular Framework: Hourly Pay Range: Step1, Hourly Framework. Range: $20.00 -$24.38. Salary is commensurate with verified experience. Our Expanded Learning Assistants play unique roles as mentors, tutors, activity leaders, and sports coaches. In addition to providing a safe and quiet place for students to study or receive extra tutoring, our program also offers enrichment opportunities during our regularly school year afterschool programming.
