General Description: BeOne is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Contracts Counsel to support increasing demand from the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills, as well as previous in-house commercial contracts experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company. The candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, market access, and medical affairs agreements. Additionally, the candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with colleagues in legal and business functions on a wide range of contract types, effectively and efficiently handling a large volume of agreements, and serving as a trusted legal advisor on commercial matters.
