Attività: Gestione operativa del team: Monitorare l’avanzamento degli interventi di assistenza tecnica e garantire il rispetto dei tempi Supervisione tecnica: Garantire l’uso corretto delle procedure tecniche e di sicurezza Interfaccia con il cliente: gestire reclami o problematiche operative raccogliendo feedback e/o suggerimenti Reportistica: compilare report settimanali/mensili sull'attività di reparto; monitorare indicatori come tempi di intervento, first-time f...
