Job description

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Prepare and serve beverages using proper portions, recipes, and presentation standards. - Maintain a fully stocked bar, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and supplies. - Operate a cash register, process payments accurately, and provide correct change. - Adjust pace of service based on business volume while maintaining guest satisfaction. - Monitor beverage, fruit, and supply usage to support cost‑control efforts. - Set up and break down assigned bar stations. - Conduct inventory at the start of each shift and requisition items as needed. - Clean spills and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift. - Take and serve cocktail orders promptly and courteously. - Count down register drawers and complete required summaries. - Log stock usage and maintain accurate records. - Ensure bar appearance meets county health and department standards. - Provide attentive, courteous service and respond to guest needs. - Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper grooming and uniform standards. - Perform additional related duties as assigned.
