Senior Tax Analyst

Location: Carnaxide, Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) About the role: Here at STG we are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Tax Analyst, who will be responsible for executing all day-to-day tax activities as per the tax checklist. This role involves performing all tax calculations, preparing returns and declarations, and filing with tax authorities. Key Responsibilities: Bring ideas of improvement initiatives to enhance tax processes, including automation opportunities and SAP optimization. - Preparation of Corporate Income Tax prepayments, estimations and declarations for different EU countries, with preference for Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and Germany - Validation, preparation and reporting of Withholding taxes for different countries - is a plus. - Support on preparation and revision of indirect tax returns (VAT, Intrastat, Packaging Tax, etc.) and statical reports across relevant entities. - Experience in preparing and reporting the packaging Tax, Extended Producer Responsibility, Single Use Tax - is a plus. - Support to other teams and to other team members on Tax queries and propose best practices in Tax - Assist in gatherin...
