Location/Department: Radiology - Hospital Main Campus $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!! 72/pp Third Shift Mon-Thurs 10p-7a Job Summary: Perform radiologic exams requested by ordering physicians. Transports patients. Clerical duties. Duties/Responsibilities: - Protects visual & other access to patient specific & other confidential information from public view-including computer screens. - Removes &/or shreds patient specific or other confidential information as per policy. - Passwords are never disclosed & computers are locked when not in use. - Understands read back of verbal orders/critical lab values & can state process. - Understands procedure to clarify physician orders. - Uses standing orders when indicated. - Performs chart audits appropriately & completely. - Participates in EHR review if requested. - Accurately calls report to MD as warranted by condition, reports to others as needed. - Reports sentinel events or adverse drug reactions or incidents as warranted. - Uses only approved abbreviations. - Understands patient safety goals & actions taken. - Reports to manager potential infectious diseases that may/may not compromise patient or team member health.
