Job Description Summary The Director, Aeroderivative Systems & Design Engineering leads a global engineering organization responsible for gas turbine and package development for the Aeroderivative business. This critical leadership role owns the allocation, management, and execution of approximately $86M in new product introduction (NPI) investments, in close partnership with internal Gas Power teams and external stakeholders including Aero Alliance JV, GE Aerospace, and Baker Hughes. This leader is accountable for aero accessories and packaging, including both standard and customer-specific offerings, and for ensuring technical excellence across the full product lifecycle.
