The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and willing to learn. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the testing of layflat hoses Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Help in cutting, fitting, and assembling hose components Inspect hoses and fittings for quality and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area Support team members in various tasks to ensure efficient workflow Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not required Abi...
