Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

IMA is seeking an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to expand on our already robust in-house capabilities in the industrial and heavy commercial sectors. Project Types: Industrial, industrial maintenance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, data centers, and commercial type projects. Pay: Negotiated (bonuses available): Work Location: - Shelby NC ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - TEAM MANAGEMENT- This individual will be responsible for managing and growing an electrical install team (with strong support from existing technicians) with participation in hiring and leading technicians. - Account Management- Lead the efforts to maintain long-term owner direct relationships with new and assigned key accounts. - Estimating- Lead/assist with preconstruction activities required to backlog future work and build estimates with a thorough understanding of the cost to complete work. - Purchasing- – Issues purchase orders for equipment, materials and subcontractors in a timely manner that does not jeopardize the project schedule. - Scheduling- Develops a plan for what is to be done, what resources are required and when; coordinates with field superintendents / t...
