THE ROLE: As a member of Everpure’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer is the "intelligence officer.:. We aren’t looking for a box-checker; we are looking for a market investigator who is obsessed with understanding the "who, where, and why" of the technical talent landscape. This role is for someone who is naturally curious, intellectually sharp, and hungry to deconstruct competitive markets to find the talent others miss.
