Join our team of Technical Client Consultants, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the onboarding process for new and existing Merchant Services clients. As a Technical Client Consultant within JPMorgan Chase, you will be instrumental in transforming our client onboarding experience by provide technical consulting and support to large enterprise clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, platform solutioning, and ensuring a seamless transition from initiation to production rollout. You will work closely with other internal partners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth production roll out. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical consulting, and client services.
