We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Assembler to join our East Bentleigh team. If you take pride in doing things right the first time and enjoy working with a strong crew that values quality and efficiency, this role is for you. This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.00 pm. As a Vehicle Assembler, you’ll be responsible for reassembling repaired vehicles to ensure they’re safe, operable and ready for the next stage of the process. Your work plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. About the role: - Quality‑check vehicles upon receipt to ensure all prior work is complete - Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures and company standards - Test and assess vehicle operability and safety - Maintain a clean and compliant workspace (WHS & QA standards) - Communicate effectively with Production, Estimators and Customer Relations - Move vehicles as required by the Repair Centre Manager - Respect customer vehicles, company equipment and security guidelines - Support a positive team environment and uphold uniform standards What you'll bring: - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety - Ability to fo...
