WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure environmental health and safety and continuous improvement in the same. - Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, MSDEQ). - Manage incident reporting process and drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. - Organize, perform, and document safety audits, safety training, and other programs. - Track and report EHS metrics and progress toward organizational objectives. - Partner with manufacturing and field personnel to prevent and resolve EHS issues effectively. - Utilize proactive safety methodology and a positive, solution-based approach.
