About the role: As a Customer Onboarding Specialist , you’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with after joining Amenitiz. You’ll play a key role in helping hoteliers and property owners start their journey with confidence, guiding them through our platform and making sure they see real value from day one. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your work has a direct and visible impact on customer satisfaction and product adoption.
