Job description

Responsibilities Provides end-to-end cloud software research, development, and engineering services, including requirements analysis, system design, software development, installation, integration, testing, validation, evaluation, enhancement, sustainment, and issue diagnosis and resolution. Designs, develops, and implements secure, scalable cloud-based solutions, including comprehensive cloud architectures, detailed plans, and technical specifications. Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver innovative cloud-based products, services, and applications. Leads the deployment and continuous improvement of cloud management platforms, evaluating performance and implementing enhancements to optimize reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Expands and enriches cloud service portfolios, including value-added offerings tailored to mission and business needs. Develops data-driven solution recommendations, including Basis of Estimate (BOE), and conducts thorough cost-benefit analyses comparing cloud, virtual private networks, dedicated hosting, and on-premises solutions.
