What We're Looking For Baylor Athletics is seeking a motivated, creative, and service-oriented team player to join our Brand Engagement team as the Associate Director of Video Production. This role is instrumental in driving Baylor’s storytelling across social, digital, and in-venue platforms, helping elevate the brand, deepen fan engagement, and support revenue-generating initiatives. This position will serve as a lead content producer for assigned sport programs while contributing to Baylor’s integrated Brand Engagement ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of video production, social-first content strategy, and the evolving landscape of college athletics. A bachelor’s degree and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. A bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant work experience, and demonstrated experience in sports videography, editing, and digital content strategy are preferred.
