What's the Short Version? The Program Manager, Sales Operations plays a key role in how the Sales organization plans, launches, and scales critical initiatives. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, increase adoption of sales tools and processes, and ensure the success of the Sales team. The roll will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and guide initiatives from early discovery through execution and successful rollout. What Will You Be Doing?: - Oversee and drive long-term program strategy, delivery, and outcomes while anticipating risks and proactively removing blockers - Lead cross-functional programs from intake through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk - Partner closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on program strategy, goals, requirements, and priorities - Build and maintain program and project plans, roadmap, milestones, and dependencies - Facilitate working sessions and program meetings to drive clarity, accountability, and progress - Translate complex business needs into actionable plans, clear...
