Job Description: Administration: - Answer phone calls, check voice mail and email messages daily including all customer service communication regarding website orders in a professional, personable manner in line with Fairmont brand standards - Order stationary supplies and office equipment - Welcome incoming guests as they come into the office - Order warehouse supplies as needed (boxes, tape, etc.) Accounting Support: - Receive incoming shipments, validate incoming inventory quantities and pass info to Manager, Golf & Retail to process receiving for accounting - Submit invoices as needed to accounting; experience with Coupa an asset - Month en...
