Company Overview Full Spectrum Operations (FSO) in conjunction with By Light is seeking Occupational Health and Safety Specialist administrates general and specific safety policies, procedures, and measures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and coordinates, develops, and presents safety compliance training. Responsibilities: - Typical duties include coordination of safety compliance and safety requests with the proper follow through to a solution that meets the organization’s needs; coordinating, researching, preparing, and presenting safety training, while working with functional managers to identify safety hazards and special safety training needs; as well as writing safety plans, policies, and procedures including coordinating the development of the organization’s emergency management and disaster recovery plans. - As the Safety and Logistics Specialist, conducts departmental chemical inventories and performs federal, state, and local required inspections such as machine guarding, lock-out/tag-out, respirators, personnel lifts, hand and power tools, Personal Protective Equipment, forklifts, and quarterly building inspections. - This position administrates...
