JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Finance, manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education: - Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Additional qualifications such as a master’s in hospitality finance or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are considered a plus. Experience: - Strong finance and accounting experience, high preference within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector. - Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial control. - Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Micros) or similar ERP systems. - Experience supervising accounting teams or collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations departments.
