Job description

You will be a member in one of ING’s most strategically important Centres of Expertise within Operational Design, Control & Resilience (ODCR), operating at the intersection of Operational Resilience, Sourcing & Shared Services (Third Party & Intragroup), and Process Architecture & Modelling. This role is central to delivering ING’s ambition to build safe, secure, efficient, and futureproof operations, fully aligned with the COO and ING strategy. The team: You are responsible for designing and delivering ING’s integrated approach to tooling for sourcing, resilience, and process architecture—ensuring consistent global standards, effective governance, and robust compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
