The role is execution-focused with elevated HRBP accountability and partners closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager to deliver consistent, compliant, and practical HR support across both bargaining and non-bargaining employee populations. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership, balancing day-to-day employee and labor relations execution with workforce planning, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness responsibilities. The role applies enterprise HR programs and policies within the site environment while proactively identifying people-related risks, supporting change initiatives, strengthening leadership capability, and using workforce data to inform decisions that improve business outcomes.
