Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Supervise multiple foremen or subcontractors on one or more paving projects - Work closely with Construction Superintendent, General Superintendent, Plant Manager, Project Engineers and other key personnel - Communicate with crew and traffic control on the daily paving plans and ensure a safe work environment - Manage project schedules to ensure efficiency and production without sacrificing quality of work. - Review daily cost reports - Communicate progress to key individuals - Meet with agencies and owners to build and maintain relationships - Approve daily timecards - Communicate and manage daily equipment needs with service departments - Coordinate trucking with Trucking Supervisor and Dispatcher - Provide training and direction for key personnel - Travel to project locations - Work a flexible sch...
