The Director of Engineering Systems Technology is a 12-month hands-on, academic and workforce leader responsible for building, scaling, and promoting a dynamic advanced manufacturing program that also encompasses state-of-the-art industrial maintenance technologies. This mission-driven role requires strong industry engagement, experience in program and cmTicular development best practices, and effective student recruitment/retention strategies to meet regional workforce needs in West Tennessee and beyond.
