Job description

The AV Events Team provides comprehensive event support throughout the lifecycle of large-scale corporate events. Comprising individuals skilled in AV technical pre-production, equipment recommendations, and live event technical execution, the team is seeking an AV Events Technician to offer ancillary event support services. The role may involve assisting with starting an in-room presentation, providing dedicated technical support for in-room AV equipment, and potentially working flexible hours, including after normal business hours or on weekends. Responsibilities: - Act as event production A1 or A2, Graphics, or TD/switching, depending on show needs - Set up, configure, operate, and facilitate support for event productions - Possess an advanced understanding of current audio/video standards and equipment - Serve as the primary point of contact for all audio and video production items for events - Ensure a well-produced event for both streaming and event space experience - Use and follow the run-of-show document as a guide for proper show flow - Partner with other crew members on the execution of elements both before and during shows - Attend pre-show production meetings with the...
