Job Description Summary As the Engineering Manager – Mechanical Component Design in our Defense & Systems Mechanical Sciences organization, you will lead a team responsible for the design and development of turbomachinery mechanical components across all Defense & Systems programs. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding a group of experienced engineers as they execute critical design, analysis, and evaluation work that directly impacts safety, performance, and mission readiness for our customers. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical design engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, developing talent, and shaping product and component strategy in a mission-driven, defense-oriented environment.
