PRIMARY DUTIES: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective planning of maintenance activities for the assigned Area Maintenance team. They are responsible for ensuring that non-emergency maintenance activities are planned, by ensuring that all resources, including, but not limited to, detailed operations, material and spare parts, external labor resources, drawings, manuals and lock out procedures, are identified and made available to the execution team, prior to the job being scheduled.
