Summary Building Maintenance Engineer I: SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Building Maintenance Engineer I is responsible for preventative maintenance of property building, grounds, and mechanical equipment. Pay starts at $21.36. We are currently hiring for Swing Shift . ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. - Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC. - Completes work orders and repairs in a timely and thorough manner. - Maintains cost effectiveness in building repairs and equipment. - Remains in compliance with current National Electric Code. - Evaluates condition of equipment and make recommendations for repair or replacement. - Identifies malfunctioning equipment, locates the cause of the malfunction, and corrects the problem. - Advises management regarding safety and cost effectiveness of equipment operation. - Conducts routine inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. - Prepares written materials (e.g., repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information. -...
