Job description

Key Responsibilities. - Daily Operations Oversight — Supervise day porters and janitorial staff, ensuring all scheduled tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards. - Client Communication — Maintain professional, responsive communication with building management, tenants, and vendors regarding service needs, special requests, or concerns. - Work Assignment & Scheduling — Coordinate daily task lists, break schedules, and coverage plans to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the day. - Training & Coaching — Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment use, and company standards. - Supply & Inventory Management — Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and restroom products; submit replenishment requests as needed. - Safety & Compliance — Ensure staff follow all safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling, PPE use, and equipment operation. - Incident Response — Address spills, emergencies, and urgent cleaning needs promptly and professionally. - Reporting — Document completed work, inspection results, incidents, and maintenance issues requiring escalation.
