This position requires regular travel to customer sites across Western Canada and the U.S., offering flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive, high-performing team. What You’ll Do: - Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment - Train customer operators and maintenance personnel - Troubleshoot mechanical/electro-mechanical system - Assess customer needs and recommend solutions to optimize their processes - Share and exchange solutions with other service technicians and sales managers - Keep current on all company products by attending training sessions (onsite/offsite) - Support administrative or remote technical tasks when not in the field What You Bring?: - 7+ years of experience in field service or technical support, ideally within the packaging, automation, or manufacturing equipment industry - Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Automation or a related field - Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, Allen Bradley, and Siemens - Excellent communication, organization, and prob...
