Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Union Position: No Department Details: The Chief Operating Officer, Marshfield provides strategic and operational leadership for the Central region of Marshfield Clinic, including Marshfield, Neillsville, Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids sites, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care across the facilities and in conjunction with the Marshfield Clinic Health Network. This role reports to the President/Chief Executive Officer and partners closely with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders to drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and financial sustainability while advancing access to care in our communities.
