This position is primarily responsible for establishing, managing, and growing a contents and cleaning service at the branch level, preparing estimates/scopes/work plans and reviewing contents project protocols. This position is also in charge of production schedules and coordination of subcontractor base following the direction of the scope and estimate to completion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to: Responsible to announce positions, interview, hire, and terminate (when necessary) contents department personnel with the assistance of service line director. Develop a viable 1 – 2 – 3 year business plan with the assistance of the service line director. Procure appropriate warehouse space in which the contents department can operate with the assistance of service line director.
