About This Opportunity The Manager, Web Development leads UQ’s Web Development Team to deliver high‑quality, future‑focused web solutions on the University’s Drupal platforms. Working at the heart of UQ’s digital ecosystem, this role shapes how the University presents itself online, enabling more than 500 website builders to deliver over 150 UQ websites through a scalable, self‑service platform. You will provide strong technical leadership while cultivating a collaborative, inclusive and growth‑oriented environment where developers build capability, confidence and impact together. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the analysis, design, development and implementation of complex web‑based systems across UQ’s Drupal platforms, ensuring reliability, security and performance. Providing expert technical leadership, advice and operational oversight to support both day‑to‑day services and project delivery.
