Assistant Manager

Job description

This position will be directly responsible to assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the operation, including financial reports, scheduling, staff supervision, project management, budget preparation, and quarterly meetings, and operation status of elevators, sump pumps, and other equipment located in the parking garage. Pay: $70,500 - $ 72,000: The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
