Job Title: Senior Processing Specialist About the Role: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide timely and accurate responses to written and verbal consumer disputes, inquiries, and complaints related to active collection accounts. All dispute responses are governed by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
