About the Team/Role WEX Inc is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our growing Global Resilience team. As a Global Resilience Analyst, you will report to and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Global Resilience to analyze and identify areas of risk, ensuring robust business continuity is in place for successful outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and driving Operational Resilience in a fast-moving, changing Fintech environment. Ideal Candidate Profile: Independence & Reliability: Must be able to work independently and meet strict deadlines; this is a critical requirement of the role. Adaptability: Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. Continuous Learning: Must be open to learning and keeping up with the rapidly evolving environment of WEX.
