Summary: Operates a spray painter to apply industrial paint finishes to metal products. Responsibilities: - Starts paint booth and spray equipment to produce first piece part. Performs inspection of piece part to assure part is made to specification. - Makes adjustments as needed to make piece parts conform to paint specifications. - Changes process parameters as needed and makes adjustments to painting equipment to assure parts conform to print specifications. - Loads and unloads piece parts from fixtures during production run and performs periodic inspections including wet and dry film thickness measurements. - Perform necessary paperwork (labor tickets, inspection sheets, etc) - Demonst...
